科技人才入境計劃
創新科技署的「科技人才入境計劃」(TechTAS)，為輸入海外和內地科技人才來港從事研發工作，實施快速處理安排。透過向申請的公司發出配額，可為他們的招聘工作提供確定性，亦可令非本地人才盡早到位工作。 此安排有助培育本地科技人才，亦可鼓勵來自不同背景的人才交流，促進香港科技發展。

Technology Talent Admission Scheme (TechTAS)
The Technology Talent Admission Scheme (TechTAS) of the Innovation and Technology Commission provides a fast-track arrangement to admit overseas and Mainland technology talent to undertake research and development work. The allotment of quotas to companies provides certainty to their recruitment work and enables non-local talent to come to take up the position the earliest possible. This arrangement helps nurture local technology talent and encourages cross-fertilisation of local and non-local talent facilitating Hong Kong’s technology development.
