Quality Restaurant Environmental Management Scheme (QREMS) is the first voluntary accreditation scheme which assesses on the environmental performance of Food & Beverage trade in Hong Kong.
Through participating in the Accreditation Scheme, the QREMS is anticipated toassist the Food & Beverage traders to enhance resources utilization, pollution management and overall environmental management.
